The Casa Palacio de Guardiola is situated in the Puerta de Jerez, one of the most
central and at the same time accesible locations in Seville, one hundred meters away
from the most important cultural buildings in the town: the Cathedral, the Alcazar,
the Torre del Oro or the University.
The Casa Palacio de Guardiola was built by the Counts of Aguiar, who lived in it from
1891 until 1944, when their heirs sold it to Don Salvador Guardiola Fantoni,
who in 1945 moved in to live with his family.
The Casa Palacio occupies a surface of 1.490 m2 and has a total of 2.500 m2 built.
